Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of MiniFreezer.com (the "Site"), operated as part of the Fridge.com family. By using the Site you agree to them. They are written to be readable; the short version is: our content is research, not a sale — your purchase happens at the retailer, under the retailer's terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational product-research and comparison service for freezers. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process payments, or fulfill orders. Links marked as retailer or affiliate links take you to third-party retailers; any purchase you make there is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by the retailer's own terms, prices, availability, shipping, and return policies.

2. Prices, specifications, and availability

Product data on the Site — prices, specifications, dimensions, capacities, energy figures, and availability — comes from retailer and manufacturer sources. Every price is shown with the date we last checked it, that date is the honest age of the figure, and we never display a price we do not actually hold. We do not promise any refresh frequency: a price may be days or weeks old, and the displayed date — not an assumed schedule — is what tells you. Third-party data also changes constantly and without notice, so the retailer’s live page is always the authoritative source for the final price and availability, and we make no warranty that Site data is current, complete, or error-free at the moment you read it.

3. Affiliate relationships

The Site is funded by affiliate commissions: if you click a retailer link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Compensation never determines whether a product appears on the Site or how it ranks. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.

4. No professional advice

Site content — including buying guides, capacity and running-cost tools, the price benchmark, and safety pages such as recalls and recycling — is general information, not professional, legal, electrical, or safety advice for your specific situation. Recall information is reproduced from official government records with links to the originals; always follow the official notice. Verify measurements, electrical requirements, and local disposal rules for your own home before acting.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original content — text, editorial guides, our benchmark methodology, design, and code — belongs to the Site's operator. Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products being compared. Our published datasets (such as the price benchmark) are free to cite with attribution and a link; wholesale republication of Site content is not permitted without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to violate law, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, misrepresent its content as your own, or frame it in a way that misleads users about its source. Automated access for indexing and research is welcome within reasonable rate limits (see our robots.txt).

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or purchase decisions made in reliance on Site data — arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party site we link to. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is zero.

Links to retailers, government resources, and other third parties are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page — we do not track you to notify you individually (see the privacy policy).
